Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
What is your return policy for furniture and decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made pieces are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Cheerstash ships to the contiguous United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international interior design enthusiasts soon.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a free replacement.
